The Spurs are signing undrafted Texas guard Sir’Jabari Rice to a two-way contract, per Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.
Rice is 6-foot-4 and spent his first four college seasons at New Mexico State before transferring to Texas as a grad student.
He averaged 13.0 points and shot 46 percent from the field as a senior with the Longhorns. Rice should represent the Spurs in the Las Vegas Summer League next month.
