The Spurs have waived Setric Millner and forward/center RaiQuan Gray, per the NBA transactions log.
Millner is 6-foot-6 and signed a two-way deal with the Spurs in mid-September. He spent his final three college seasons playing for Toledo after starting at Cleveland State in 2018-19. He also played at Northwestern Florida State as a sophomore.
In 35 games with Toledo last season, Millner averaged 16.1 points and 5.9 rebounds. He then went undrafted by the NBA and signed on with the Spurs for Summer League, appearing in five games.
Gray, 24, is 6-8 and signed with the Spurs on Sept. 29 after being released by the Nets after the season. He had previously been on a two-way deal with Brooklyn.
He was recently acquired by the Austin Spurs in a G League trade with the Long Island Nets, and Austin is likely where he is headed next. With Long Island, he averaged 15.4 points and 7.6 rebounds in 18 games.
San Antonio now has one two-way spot available, with power forward Dominick Barlow and point guard Sir’Jabari Rice occupying the others.
