Suns shooting guard Devin Booker is expected to be out until next week with a left foot injury, per Jared Greenberg of TNT.
Booker suffered a mid-foot strain in the Suns’ season-opening win over the Warriors. Both Booker and newcomer Bradley Beal (back) missed Phoenix’s road game vs. the Lakers on Thursday.
Per Greenberg, Booker will undergo an MRI on his foot and if all goes well, is hoping to return for Tuesday’s home game against The Spurs.
Phoenix has one game before that — Saturday vs the Jazz in the home opener. Beal’s status for that game is also said to be TBD.
Booker, 26, scored 32 points in the opener, with eight assists and six rebounds.
