The Suns have signed small forward Chandler Hutchison to a two-way contract, according to the NBA transactions log.
Hutchison, 25, is 6-foot-6 and was just released by the Spurs earlier this week. He had been part of the five-team trade that landed Russell Westbrook with the Lakers, and Kyle Kuzma, Montrezl Harrell, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and Spencer Dinwiddie with the Wizards.
He averaged 5.2 points and 3.2 rebounds in 18 games with the Wizards, who acquired him from the Bulls in March. After being selected with the No. 22 overall pick in 2018, Hutchison never found his groove in Chicago.
Prior to the trade to the Wizards, Hutchison sat out for nearly two months because of what the Bulls referred to as personal reasons.
The Suns currently have 14 players on guaranteed deals, with room for one more.
