Suns shooting guard Devin Booker has entered health and safety protocols, the team announced.
Booker becomes the first NBA player known to have entered protocols in more than a month, following a massive surge of players doing so in December. Players who enter protocols must remain there for five days or two negative tests in 24 hours.
We did see Devin Booker with the team after practice yesterday. Something that developed in the last 24 hours.

Booker, 25, is 6-foot-5 and coming off an appearance in the All-Star Game. He is averaging 25.6 points, 5.2 rebounds and 4.6 assists in 54 games. The Western Conference-leading Suns are also missing point guard Chris Paul, out with a fractured thumb.
Nets coach and former Suns star Steve Nash entered the protocols late last week.
