Free agent guard/forward Terrance Ferguson is expected to sign for the rest of the season with Greek club AEK Athens, per Christos Tsaltas of SDNA.
Ferguson, 23, is 6-foot-6 and finished last season with the 76ers after spending his first three pro seasons with the Thunder. He averaged career-highs of 6.9 points and 1.9 rebounds in 74 games with OKC in 2018-19.
Originally selected by the Thunder with the No. 21 overall pick in the 2017 NBA Draft, Ferguson was traded to the 76ers in December 2020.
He appeared in 13 games with Philadelphia, then was traded to the Knicks as part of a three-team deal between the Sixers, Thunder and Knicks in March. He was waived by the Knicks three days later.
His pro career actually began in Australia, as he opted to forego his freshman season playing college basketball.
