Will he or won’t he? That seems to be the question when it comes to Lakers star LeBron James and the possibility of retirement.
Actually, most people don’t think James will retire despite him dropping a few hints that he could do exactly that following the season.
Either way, James’ lifelong friends and former teammates at Akron St. Vincent-St. Mary took some time to discuss all the retirement chatter with Access Hollywood in a segment provided to Hoops Wire.
The panel consists of Dru Joyce III, Willie McGee, Sian Cotton and Romeo Travis, who played for the Fighting Irish during James’ high school days in Akron.
“In my opinion, I don’t think he’s retiring this year,” Travis said.
“I hope not, but I think it is really on his mind, and I think he’s really doing some soul-searching,” Cotton added. “I think he is thinking about it.”
