Trade chatter continues to swirl around the Warriors as the Feb. 5 deadline approaches, with wings clearly at the top of their list.

According to Brett Siegel of ClutchPoints, Michael Porter Jr., Trey Murphy III and Herbert Jones are believed to be Golden State’s primary targets. Mixed reports persist on whether the Nets are open to moving Porter, while the Pelicans have reportedly discouraged trade talks involving Murphy and Jones.

Siegel suggests Jonathan Kuminga would be the key salary piece in a potential deal for Murphy, with Golden State open to including two first-round picks. No similar framework was outlined for Jones.

As for Porter, the Warriors are said to be reluctant to part with more than one first-round pick, largely because any deal would also include Kuminga and Moses Moody. According to Siegel, Golden State is “very open” to moving Moody, with some disappointment internally over the lack of development from the 23-year-old.

Whether Brooklyn would accept a package centered around Kuminga, Moody, Buddy Hield and a future first-round pick remains unclear. Still, Siegel notes Porter could emerge as Golden State’s top target if the price stays within that range.

If the Warriors strike out on Porter, Murphy or Jones, they are expected to pivot. Naji Marshall, Ayo Dosunmu, Daniel Gafford and Bobby Portis are among the names believed to be available at a lower cost.
