The Warriors are planning to sign center Charles Bassey, according to Michael Scotto of HoopsHype.
Bassey, the 53rd overall pick in the 2021 draft, has appeared in 113 NBA games with the 76ers and Spurs, averaging 4.3 points and 4.3 rebounds in 11.1 minutes per contest.

The 6-foot-10 big man has spent most of this season on a series of short-term deals. He signed a 10-day hardship contract with Memphis in October and later had multiple 10-day stints with Philadelphia and Boston. He became a free agent after his second 10-day deal with the Celtics expired Friday.
Bassey has appeared in eight NBA games this season, averaging 2.9 points and 2.6 rebounds in limited minutes.
He has been more productive in the G League, where he averaged 20.5 points, 12.5 rebounds and 2.2 blocks in 20 games, including extended time with Santa Cruz, Golden State’s affiliate.
Bassey is expected to replace Omer Yurtseven, whose 10-day contract recently expired.
