The Warriors appear ready to round out their roster — but only after the Jonathan Kuminga standoff is settled.

Per Marc Stein of The Stein Line, Golden State is expected to sign veterans Al Horford, De’Anthony Melton, Gary Payton II and Seth Curry once Kuminga makes his decision.

The team currently has six open roster spots, which could be filled by that group along with second-round pick Will Richard and Kuminga himself.

Horford spent last season with Boston, while Melton and Payton II are familiar faces in Golden State. Curry, meanwhile, played last year in Charlotte and would be reunited with his brother, Stephen.

The Warriors reportedly offered Kuminga a three-year, $75.2 million deal with a team option in the third season. His camp countered with three years, $82 million and a player option for Year 3. Golden State declined, and the qualifying offer of $7.9 million remains on the table.

If Kuminga accepts the QO, he would gain a no-trade clause for 2025-26 and be set to enter unrestricted free agency next summer. He averaged 15.3 points and 4.6 rebounds in 47 games last season.
