Curry composed himself and finished with 17 points and 10 assists in 35 minutes while shooting 6-of-18 from the field, 3-of-8 from beyond the arc and 2-of-2 from the free-throw line.

The NBA legend hit a dagger 3 with 33 seconds left in regulation and kicked chairs on the bench to let out some steam.

The Warriors improved to 38-34 on the season after beating the Magic. They are still in 10th place in the Western Conference standings.

“I was letting out a little steam,” Curry said, via ESPN. “Nothing is guaranteed in this league. The way that we went out and competed … the way the season is going, maybe it’s the way you see how your back is against the wall. I don’t know how many people would have picked us in this kind of game — back-to-back setting, down two starters — and we found a way to fight to get a win.”

Green has been ejected four times this season. Curry, the greatest shooter in NBA history, spoke about Green’s latest ejection after the Magic win.

“All I’ll say is we need him,” Curry said. “He knows that. We all know that. So whatever it takes for him to be on the floor and available, that’s what’s gotta happen. Especially at this point of the year.”

When asked about Green’s ejection, Warriors head coach Steve Kerr said it was “too bad” and called the situation “unfortunate.”

“He deserved it, and you know, he’ll bounce back,” Kerr said. “I’m just proud of the guys for stepping up.”

Green has been in the news a lot this season. He put Minnesota Timberwolves center Rudy Gobert in a headlock and struck Phoenix Suns center Jusuf Nurkic in the head.
