Wizards star shooting guard Bradley Beal is considered day-to-day following a left hamstring injury suffered in Tuesday’s win over the 76ers, per Shams Charania of The Athletic.
Beal had an MRI on the injury on Tuesday, and there’s optimism he could return as soon as the end of the week, per Charania.
Beal, 29, is averaging 23.5 points, 5.2 assists and 3.6 rebounds, shooting a career-best 53 percent from the field in 23 appearances.
The Wizards (14-21) have won three of four entering Wednesday’s home game vs. the Suns. We have much more out of Washington on our Wizards page.
Sources: Washington Wizards star Bradley Beal will be day-to-day after MRI on his left hamstring. He will miss tonight’s game vs. Phoenix, and there’s optimism he will be available as soon as the Wizards’ next contest on Friday in Orlando.
