Bulls guards Zach LaVine and Alex Caruso will both miss Wednesday’s Game 5 at Milwaukee, according to the NBA injury report.
LaVine is listed as being in health and safety protocols, while Caruso will miss the game after being placed in concussion protocols. The Bulls, of course, will also continue to be minus guard Lonzo Ball, who has missed the second half of the season with a knee injury.
LaVine was second on the team in scoring at 24.4 points during the regular season, and Caruso offers defense and energy. So it’s a big blow to a Bulls squad that already trails the series by a 3-1 deficit.
The Bucks will be missing Khris Middleton, who remains out with as knee injury. Point guard George Hill (abdominal strain) is listed as questionable.
