The Knicks have reached agreement on a two-year, $19 million contact with free agent center Isaiah Hartenstein, per Shams Charania of The Athletic.
The deal is fully guaranteed, Charania added.
Hartenstein, 24, is 7-foot-0 and 8.3 points and 4.9 rebounds in 68 appearances with the Clippers last season. He has also spent time with the Cavaliers, Nuggets and Rockets.
He becomes the Knicks’ second free agency signing of the day, with ex-Mavericks guard Jalen Brunson, as we relayed here.
