The Suns are bringing back forward Ish Wainright on a two-way contract, agents agents Jim Tanner and Deirunas Visockas told Shams Charania of The Athletic.
Wainright, 27, is 6-foot-6 and appears in 45 games as a rookie last season after going undrafted out of Baylor, averaging 2.4 points.
His contract was converted from a two-way to a standard deal late in the season, before he entered free agency.
Wainright signed a multi-year contract with the Raptors a year ago, but was waived just before the start of the regular season.
The Suns filled their other two-way slot by signing guard Duane Washington Jr. earlier in the day, as we relayed here.
