The Mavericks have waived shooting guards Tyler Hall and D.J. Stewart, center Marcus Bingham Jr. and forward Mouhamadou Gueye, as relayed by RealGM.
Hall, 25, is 6-foot-5 and averaged 14.6 points and 4.2 rebounds for the Westchester Knicks of the G League last season. It was his third straight season with Westchester after going undrafted out of Montana State.
He signed a 10-day deal with the Knicks in December for his lone NBA experience, though he appeared in just one game and received two minutes of action.
Following the expiration of his 10-day deal, he returned to Westchester. A native of Rock Island, Ill., Hall went undrafted in 2019. He agreed to a camp deal with the Mavericks in August.
Stewart, 23, is 6-5 and went undrafted out of Mississippi State in 2021. He spent last season with the Sioux Falls Skyforce, the Heat’s affiliate in the G League.
With the Skyforce, Stewart compiled averages of 17.6 points, 4.5 rebounds and 3.1 assists in 36 games.
Bingham, 21, is 7-0 and went undrafted in 2022. He spent all four college seasons at Michigan State, averaging 9.3 points, 6.3 rebounds and 2.2 blocks in 35 games in 2021-22.
Gueye, 21, is 6-9 and went undrafted out of Pitt after spending his first two college seasons at Stony Brook.
All four players are expected to land with the Texas Legends, the Mavs’ G League affiliate.
