The Jazz have signed guard Kris Dunn to a second 10-day contract, per the NBA transactions log, via Hoops Rumors.
Dunn, 28, is 6-foot-3 and signed his first 10-day deal with Utah on Feb. 22. He has appeared in four games since then, mostly shining on his way to averages of 12.4 points, 4.5 assists and 53 percent shooting.
Originally selected by the Timberwolves with the No. 5 overall pick in the 2016 NBA Draft, he appeared in 14 games with the Trail Blazers last season, averaging 7.6 points and 5.6 assists.
He has also spent time with the Bulls and appeared in four games with the Hawks in 2020-21. Along with that, Dunn has played for the G League’s Capital City Go-Go, the Wizards’ G League affiliate.
“After signing a 10-day contract with the Jazz on Feb. 22, he immediately thrust into the rotation with injuries to Jordan Clarkson and Collin Sexton opening up some minutes,” wrote Sarah Todd of the Deseret News.
