After another disappointing playoff finish, rumors are swirling around the Suns.
Some of them involve point guard Chris Paul, who turned 38-years old earlier this month and has a team option on his contract. Paul ended the season with a groin injury and missed the final three games of the Western Conference semifinals vs. the Nuggets, which the Suns lost by a 4-games-to-2 count.
Now, Phoenix could look to move him, and that possibility is certainly not lost on Paul.
“My contract not up, but unfortunately I’m not the GM or anything like that,” Paul said, via Gerald Bourguet of PHNX Sports. “So we’ll see.”
Along with Paul, the Suns very well could try to move starting center Deandre Ayton, as we relayed here.
