The Warriors have signed forward Javonte Green and point guard Yuri Collins, waiving shooting guard Donovan Williams, forward Javan Johnson and guard Kendric Davis, per Anthony Slater of The Athletic.
All five are expected to end up with the Santa Cruz Warriors, as Slater noted.
Green, 30, is 6-foot-4 and has the most experience of the group, having spent each of the past two-and-half seasons with the Bulls. He averaged 5.2 points and 2.8 rebounds in 32 games last season.
He has also spent time with the Celtics and playing internationally, including stops in Italy and Spain. Overall, Green has appeared in 186 NBA games since 2019.
Collins, 22, is 6-0 and went undrafted out of St. Louis this past summer. He then latched on with Golden State for Summer League in July.
Williams, 22, is 6-6 and appeared in two games with the Hawks last season as a rookie. signing a two-way deal with the organization in January. Atlanta waived him just before the NBA Draft in June. He averaged 3.5 points, 2.0 rebounds and 6.5 minutes in two preseason games with the Warriors.
Johnson, 24, is 6-6 and recorded five points, one rebound and one assist in one preseason game.
Davis, 24, is 6-0 and compiled five points, two rebounds and two assists in one preseason game with the Warriors.
Golden State’s preseason roster now stands at 18.
