The Jazz are converting the two-way contract of point guard Trent Forrest to a standard deal, per Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.
Forest, 23, is in his second year as a two-way player with the Jazz and is averaging 3.3 points in 60 games.
He initially signed a two-way deal with the Jazz after going undrafted out of Florida State in 2020. He then did so again for training camp ahead of this season. So while Forrest plays a minor role, he knows the system and clearly the Jazz like him.
Once the move becomes official, the Jazz will have a full 15-man roster heading into the playoffs.
