The Trail Blazers are signing forward/center Drew Eubanks to a 10-day contract, per Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.
Along with that, the Blazers are signing G League point guard Brandon Williams to a two-way deal, for two years, Wojnarowski added.
This follows a couple of moves from the Blazers earlier in the day, when they announced the signing of power forward Trendon Watford to a four-year, partially guaranteed contract, and waived point guard Dennis Smith Jr.
Eubanks, 25, is 6-foot-9 and was part of a trade-deadline day deal that sent him from the Spurs to the Raptors, who immediately waived him. He is averaging 4.7 points and 4.0 rebounds in 49 appearances this season.
Williams, 22, is 6-foot-2 and has been standing out for the Westchester Knicks in his first G League season, averaging 22.3 points and 6.1 assists in 21 appearances. The Los Angeles native spent one season playing college ball at Arizona.
