Cavs-Raptors entire series schedule released

Now we’ve got the full picture.

After locking in the No. 4 seed, the Cavs officially know the entire first-round schedule against the No. 5 Raptors.

Game 1 was already set for Saturday.

Now the rest is filled in. Here’s how it lines up:

• Game 1 — Saturday, April 18 at Cleveland, 1:00 p.m. ET (Prime)
• Game 2 — Monday, April 20 at Cleveland, 7:00 p.m. ET (Peacock)
• Game 3 — Thursday, April 23 at Toronto, 8:00 p.m. ET (Prime)
• Game 4 — Sunday, April 26 at Toronto, 1:00 p.m. ET (ESPN)
• Game 5 — Wednesday, April 29 at Cleveland (if necessary)
• Game 6 — Friday, May 1 at Toronto (if necessary)
• Game 7 — Sunday, May 3 at Cleveland (if necessary)

So yeah, it’s on. Cleveland gets the first two at Rocket Arena, then it shifts north of the border for Games 3 and 4. Standard 2-2-1-1-1 format.

And if you’ve been following along, you already know this isn’t some easy matchup. So say the Cavs themselves.

“We know that’s no picnic, right?” Cavs coach Kenny Atkinson said. “They lowkey dominated us for the games we played them this year. Have a lot of respect. Toronto’s a great challenge for us. Really good team.”

He doubled down on that idea.

“Their speed, and then they turn you over, so really good at that,” Atkinson said. “They’ve done it as a group this year… This is going to be a big challenge for us.”

The Raptors swept the season series. Different time, different Cavs roster, sure. But it still counts.

Cleveland enters rolling a bit, winning five of its last six and going 22-9 down the stretch. 

Toronto? Earned this the hard way and grabbed the No. 5 seed outright. 

So here we go. Saturday. Afternoon. Cleveland. And now, finally, we know the whole roadmap.
