Full Court Cleveland: Talkin’ Cavaliers, That 9-0 Start, What’s Ahead, And Entire NBA

CLEVELAND — What do you know, the Cavaliers are 9-0. Actually, you highly likely know that much already.

But did you know we broke it down, discussed the entire NBA, what’s ahead and much more on the latest Full Court Cleveland from BIG PLAY Sports Network? Well, we did. And you can watch the entire show — featuring Rafa Hernandez-Brito, Nick Pedone, and Yours Truly — directly below.

For those wondering, the Warriors are in town next, and after a couple of years of struggling, they’re 7-1 with a fairly new look. They still have Stephen Curry and Draymond Green, as well as coach Steve Kerr, but Klay Thompson is gone, replaced by a cast of relative newcomers.

You could safely say this will be the Cavs’ biggest test of the early season. Interestingly, new coach Kenny Atkinson spent the previous two years as a Warriors assistant. And as long as his current team in Cleveland plays like it has been … well, it will give itself a chance against virtually anyone, anywhere, any time.

Now, as Rafa pointed out on the show, the Cavs aren’t likely to stay unbeaten forever and go 82-0. But right now, it seems like everyone has brought their “A” game for nine straight games — from Donovan Mitchell to Darius Garland to Evan Mobley, Jarrett Allen and beyond.

Basically, opponents are finding they have a very small margin for error against these Cavs. One slip-up, and bam, the Cavs have taken advantage.

Anyway, we discuss what’s taken place, what’s ahead, and offer some perspectives on 9-0. Check out the entire show above or here on YouTube.
