The Cavaliers had it. Then they didn’t.
RJ Barrett delivered the dagger, hitting a sky-high three with 1.2 seconds left in overtime that bounced off the back rim, shot straight up, then dropped through. It gave the Raptors a 112-110 win in Game 6 and sent the series to a Game 7.
It really was that kind of night.

The Cavs still had a chance with 1.2 seconds to go. Evan Mobley got a clean look from deep at the buzzer. It came up short.
They had climbed all the way back just to get there. They trailed by double digits in the second half before rallying behind Donovan Mitchell and Mobley. Cleveland even grabbed a brief lead in overtime.
It did not hold.
Mobley finished with 26 points and 14 rebounds. Mitchell added 24. James Harden scored 16 with nine rebounds and nine assists, but also had four turnovers as the Cavs finished with 18 as a team.
That proved costly, especially late. With a one-point lead, Dennis Schroder tried to thread a sideline pass to Evan Mobley. Toronto got a hand on it, the ball deflected off Mobley and out of bounds. Raptors ball. Moments later, RJ Barrett delivered the dagger.
Overall, Toronto turned the Cavaliers’ mistakes into 25 points. Scottie Barnes led the way with 25 points and 14 assists, while Barrett and Ja’Kobe Walter scored 24 apiece.
Now it goes back to Cleveland. One game left. Season on the line.
