Cavaliers center Jarrett Allen suffered a left quad contusion in the first half of Sunday’s game against the Raptors. He was listed as out for the remainder of the night at the time of the injury.
Allen had six points and two rebounds at the time of the injury. He was replaced by veteran Ed Davis.
The Cavs were already without point guard Rajon Rondo (toe) and shooting guard Caris LeVert (foot). Both players are expected to return this week, barring further setbacks.
Allen is coming off the first All-Star Game appearance of his career and averaging 16.3 points and 10.9 rebounds on the season.
