The Clippers have had a busy trade deadline, landing both guard Eric Gordon from the Rockets (full post) and guard Bones Hyland from the Nuggets (full post).
And now, it appears they are adding some frontcourt help in the form of Hornets center Mason Plumlee, per Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.
The Clippers will send guard Reggie Jackson to the Hornets as part of the trade, Wojnarowski added.
It’s been a big facelift for the Clippers, who also traded away guards John Wall (to the Rockets) and Luke Kennard (to the Grizzlies). But given that the majority of rest of the top Western Conference teams seemed to improve, the Clippers likely felt the need to try to do the same.
