Free agent forward/center Deyonta Davis has signed with the Taoyuan Leopards of Taiwan, as relayed by Eurobasket.
Davis, 25, is 6-foot-11 and most recently played for the Santa Cruz Warriors of the G League during the 2019-20 season.
As for the NBA, he appeared in nine games with the Hawks in 2018-19, after spending the first two years of his career with the Grizzlies.
Davis played 62 games with Memphis in 2017-18, averaging a career-high 5.8 points and 4.0 rebounds.
He was traded by the Grizzlies to the Kings, along with shooting guard Ben McLemore, in July 2018. Davis was then waived by the Kings before the start of the following season.
A former standout at Michigan State, Davis was selected by the Celtics with the first pick of the draft’s second round in 2016.
