Ex-Iowa And Magic Wing Devyn Marble Lands New Deal

Former Magic small forward Devyn Marble has agreed to a contract with Polish club Enea Zastal Zielona Góra, as relayed by Fersu Yahyabeyoglu of Eurobasket.Devyn Marble

Marble, 29, is 6-foot-6 and was selected by the Nuggets in the second round (No. 56) of the 2014 NBA Draft. He was immediately traded to the Magic, appearing in 44 total games and averaging 2.1 points through 2016.

Since then, he has spent time in the G League, Greece, Italy, Israel and most recently, with MKS Dąbrowa Górnicza of Poland.

“In 14 games he had very impressive stats — 18.7 points, 4.6 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 1.6 steals,” Yahyabeyoglu wrote. “He also played two games in Alpe Adria Cup, where he recorded 11.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.5 steals.”

Marble is the son of late Iowa legend Roy Marble, who also spent time in the NBA.
