The Bucks are still weighing their options for No. 47 overall pick Bogoljub Markovic, assistant GM Milt Newton told reporters after the draft.
According to Eric Nehm of The Athletic, Milwaukee hasn’t yet decided whether Markovic will remain overseas or join the NBA roster next season.
Either way, the Serbian forward is expected to be part of the Bucks’ Summer League squad.
— Grizzlies second-rounder Javon Small, taken at No. 48, is likely to sign a two-way contract, per Chris Herrington of The Daily Memphian. The outlook is murkier for No. 59 pick Jahmai Mashack, who may be fighting for a two-way spot in Las Vegas.
— The Bulls are bringing in Australian big man Lachlan Olbrich on a two-way contract, reports K.C. Johnson of Chicago Sports Network. Drafted 55th overall, the 21-year-old has been playing professionally in the NBL since 2021 and is expected to bring toughness and maturity to Chicago’s frontcourt depth.
— The Celtics used the No. 57 pick on VCU guard Max Shulga, and he’ll be on a two-way deal for the 2025-26 season, per ESPN’s Jonathan Givony. Shulga was the third of Boston’s draft picks, acquired via a trade with Orlando earlier in the evening.
