Guard/forward Justin Holiday has already been placed in the protocol, though is the only member of the Pacers in it at the moment.

Indiana (11-16) is off to an uneven start under first-year coach Rick Carlisle, already suffering through an array of injuries and illnesses in the early season.

The Pacers are reportedly contemplating the idea of unloading veteran starters Domantas Sabonis, Caris LeVert and Myles Turner to retool with eyes on a rebuild.

The Cavaliers could be among the suitors for LeVert, as we wrote about earlier.
