The Spurs have waived rookie small forward Jordan Hall, who had been on a two-way contract, to sign center Charles Bassey, the team announced in a press release.Jordan Hall

Hall, 20, is 6-foot-8 and went undrafted out of St. Joseph’s. He then appeared in five games with the Spurs’ summer-league team, proving to be a skilled passer with size.

His deal with the Spurs was for two years, per Michael Scotto of HoopsHype, though clearly not guaranteed.

Bassey, 21 is 6-11 and was originally drafted by the 76ers with the No. 53 overall pick in 2021. He appeared in 23 games with the Sixers as a rookie last season, averaging 3.0 points and 2.7 rebounds.

He joins rookie small forward Dominick Barlow as the Spurs’ two-ways players.

Two-way players can appear in 50 NBA games before needing to be signed to a standard contract.
