
Knicks
Karl-Anthony Towns had 26 points and 16 rebounds, Jalen Brunson scored 23, and the Knicks walloped the Wizards 145-113 for their sixth straight win.
Josh Hart added 16 points and hit all three of his attempts from deep. Mikal Bridges finished with 14 points and six assists, while Mitchell Robinson posted 10 points and 10 rebounds in 17 minutes off the bench.
New York shot 58.5 percent from the field and 53 percent from three, scoring 77 points in the second half. The Knicks have won 12 straight meetings with Washington.
Celtics
Jaylen Brown scored 29 points and Jayson Tatum finished with 16 points and 11 rebounds, but Boston fell to Minnesota 102-92.
Derrick White added 15 points. The loss snapped a four-game winning streak and left the Celtics just a half-game ahead of New York for the No. 2 seed in the East.
Tatum was scoreless in the first half before scoring 13 in the third as Boston opened the second half on an 11-0 run.
Nets
The Nets dropped their seventh straight, falling 126-122 to Sacramento.
Ben Saraf led Brooklyn with 22 points, while Ziaire Williams added 18 and Nolan Traore finished with 17.
Brooklyn had a chance late after trimming the deficit to one possession, but Traore stepped out of bounds on the final play. The call was reviewed and upheld.
The Nets stayed within range most of the fourth before Sacramento pulled away in the final minutes.
