The NBA Draft pool just got a little smaller.
The league announced Thursday that 38 early entrants have officially withdrawn from the 2026 NBA Draft, with the overwhelming majority returning to college basketball for another season.
Among the more notable names is Ohio State guard John Mobley Jr., who previously said he planned to return to the Buckeyes if he opted out of the draft process.

Several other high-profile prospects are headed back to campus as well, including Kansas big man Flory Bidunga, Michigan guard Elliot Cadeau, Michigan State guard Jeremy Fears Jr., Wisconsin guard John Blackwell, Florida center Rueben Chinyelu, Iowa State forward Milan Momcilovic, Kentucky center Malachi Moreno, Baylor wing Tounde Yessoufou and Arkansas wing Billy Richmond.
Illinois wing Andrej Stojakovic also withdrew and will return to the college ranks.
The NCAA withdrawal deadline expired Thursday, forcing underclassmen to decide whether to remain in the draft or preserve their college eligibility.
Three international prospects also pulled their names from consideration: Bassala Bagayoko of Spain, Marc-Owen Fodzo Dada of France and Alex Samodurov of Greece.
With the college withdrawal deadline now behind us, attention shifts to June 13, the NBA’s international withdrawal deadline.
A handful of international prospects still have time to make their final decisions, but for dozens of college players, the choice has already been made.
They’re heading back to school.
