NBA Video: How to Fix Lakers? Trade Anthony Davis

Right now, the Lakers are a basketball disaster. They’re 2-10 and going nowhere but down — fast.

So what’s the solution? Trading Russell Westbrook? Hardly. That won’t move the needle. Not when you consider what you would receive in return. His value is probably at an all-time low.

The Lakers’ best trade chip is LeBron James. But you’re not trading him. There’s just too much that goes into that. So that leaves Anthony Davis. If GM Rob Pelinka wants a good return and to get the team back to relevancy, Davis is the player that would have to be moved.
