Center Luka Garza is returning to the Timberwolves on a two-way contract, according to the NBA transactions log, via Hoops Rumors.
This is the second straight two-way deal for Garza, who appeared in 28 games with the Wolves last season and averaged 6.5 points and 2.3 rebounds, shooting 54 percent from the field.
He spent his rookie year with the Pistons after being selected with the No. 52 overall pick in the 2021 NBA Draft. Garza appeared in 32 games with Detroit, and played in plenty of G League games there, too.
Each team is allowed three two-way players in 2023-24, up from two in previous seasons.
