The Cleveland Charge have acquired the rights to point guard Lindell Wigginton and a first-round pick in the 2024 G League Draft from the Wisconsin Herd for small forward Aleem Ford, the team announced.
The pick comes from the Herd via the Grand Rapids Gold.
Wigginton, 25, is 6-foot-2 and currently playing for the Xinjiang Flying Tigers of the Chinese Basketball Association. He has appeared in 29 games with the Milwaukee Bucks over the past three seasons, including three this year.
He carries NBA career averages of 4.7 points, 1.7 assists and 1.3 rebounds.
Ford, 26, is 6-8 and has appeared in five NBA games, all with the Orlando Magic in 2021-22. He’s played in 36 games with the Charge this season, averaging 11.3 points on 40 percent shooting with 4.6 rebounds and 1.2 assists.
