Cavs’ Jarrett Allen Out Indefinitely With Fractured Finger

Cavaliers center Jarrett Allen is out indefinitely after suffering a fractured finger in Sunday’s 104-96 win over the Raptors, per Shams Charania of The Athletic.Jarrett Allen

Allen was initially diagnosed with a left quad contusion, and was forced to exit the game late in the first quarter. That injury was suffered when he was kneed in the quad, but the finger injury is of greater concern.

Allen had six points and two rebounds at the time of the injury. He was replaced by veteran Ed Davis.

The Cavs were already without point guard Rajon Rondo (toe) and shooting guard Caris LeVert (foot). Both players are expected to return this week, barring further setbacks.

Allen is coming off the first All-Star Game appearance of his career and averaging 16.3 points and 10.9 rebounds on the season.
