Free agent center/forward Noah Vonleh and point guard Yogi Ferrell have signed with the Shanghai Sharks of the Chinese Basketball Association, the team announced.
Vonleh, 27, is 6-foot-10 and was the No. 9 overall pick in the 2014 NBA Draft. He appeared in 23 games with the Celtics last season and has also spent time with the Nets, Nuggets, Timberwolves, Knicks, Bulls, Trail Blazers and Hornets.
Ferrell, 30, is 6-foot-0 and spent the past two seasons with Slovenian club Cedevita Olimpija. He last appeared in the NBA with the Clippers in 2021 and has also played for the Cavaliers, Kings, Mavericks and Nets.
Both Vonleh and Ferrell played college ball at Indiana, with Ferrell being born in Stinesville and playing at Indianapolis Park Tudor High School.
