Every tweet, every podcast and every public appearance seems to become part of the LeBron James conversation these days.
Tyrese Haliburton‘s latest post was no exception.
The Pacers star took to X on Tuesday with a short message directed at James: “Tomorrow it’s time @KingJames.”

That was enough. Within minutes, NBA fans were trying to figure out exactly what Haliburton meant.
The obvious answer is that Haliburton was promoting Thursday’s live recording of Mind the Game with James at Fanatics Fest in New York. The two are scheduled to appear together as part of the event.
Of course, this is LeBron James free agency.
So plenty of fans immediately wondered if the tweet might mean something more.
There has been no indication that James plans to announce his decision during Fanatics Fest. In fact, nobody connected to James has suggested that’s the plan.
Still, the timing is hard to ignore.
League sources continue to tell Hoops Wire that the Cavaliers are considered by many to be the team to beat, while the Warriors, Heat and 76ers are also believed to be firmly in the mix. ESPN’s Shams Charania recently said James’ decision could come “any day, any week now.”
So, yes, Haliburton’s tweet may have been nothing more than a reminder that he and James are taking the stage together Thursday. Or maybe it wasn’t.
